If You Have Access Only with One Communications

  • Your WiFi Internet service is provided by an Internet Provider other than One Communications.
  • Please contact your Internet Service Provider to address and troubleshoot your WiFi Internet service.

 

                     

  • If you see the top four lights lit solid green within your modem, that indicates that Internet Access to your modem is working.
  • If you are unable to connect to your home WiFi, this could be due to an issue with your Internet Service provider and/or your router.
  • Please contact your Internet Service provider to troubleshoot accordingly.
