How Do I Transfer My Number?
Contact the carrier you wish to transfer service to. That carrier will submit a request to your current carrier. You will then be contacted by the new carrier with either an approval or declined response. If approved, you will have 5 business days to visit your desired carrier’s retail location to activate service. If your request has been rejected you must contact your old carrier to clear any items that lead to the request decline. Unless your account balance is not current there is no need to contact your existing carrier.

How Long Will The Process Take?
The entire process may take up to 7 days. Please allow 2 business days for the approval steps to be completed.
