Email Migration Support Update

Our Customer Care teams are experiencing a higher number of calls than usual due to the migration of emails to a new platform.

In an effort to minimize hold times, we kindly ask you to refrain from calling at this time unless you are in need of help with the following:

  • Webmail access
  • Password Reset

We appreciate that many of you may have multiple devices being used to access @northrock emails, and are looking for help with the setup process. Customers wishing to set up mail on more than one device, including mobile phones, can do so following the instructions found online at Log in using your email address and password, then follow the prompts.
