Email Migration Support Update
When contacting our Customer Care teams, please note that calls may be higher than usual due to the migration of @northrock.bm, @logic.bm, and @ibl.bm emails.
Our @logic.bm and @ibl.bm customers will have started receiving further correspondence regarding detailed instructions for the upcoming email migration scheduled to be ready on September 9, 2020. Please ensure firstname.lastname@example.org is added to your Safe Senders list to avoid missing these important details.
In an effort to minimize hold times, we kindly ask you to refrain from calling unless you are in need of help with the following:
- Webmail access
- Password Reset
For @northrock.bm customers, we appreciate that many of you may have multiple devices being used to access emails, and are looking for help with the setup process. Customers wishing to set up mail on more than one device, including mobile phones, can do so following the instructions found online at https://help.emailsrvr.com. Log in using your email address and password, then follow the prompts.
