The rates and fees listed below are for additional items charged separately from our FibreWire TV Packages.

TV & Internet Service Fees

  • OneBox Media Player Rental – 1st Media Player (Some, More and Most Package) = $0
  • OneBox Media Player Rental – 2nd Media Player (Ultimate Package) = $0/mth
  • Additional OneBox Media Player(s) = $12/mth
  • FibreWire TV Remote Control – replacement unit = $10/each
  • OneBox Media Player Equipment Recovery Charge = $150
  • Hitron Modem Equipment Recovery Charge = $150
  • Underground Outlet Installation – Voluntary = $135
  • eero Mesh WiFi (3pk) Equipment Recovery Charge = $350
  • Cut Cable (by Subscriber) = $50
  • Late Payment Fee = $5/mth

*If the One FibreWire TV Service is terminated pursuant to the One Terms of Service the Customer must return all One Equipment to One in good working condition. If the One Equipment is lost, stolen, unreturned or damaged, One is entitled to charge the Customer an Equipment Recovery Charge of $150 per OneBox Media Player that is lost, stolen, unreturned or damaged.

Mobile Service Fees

  • Restoring service for accounts 45-59 days past due = $20
  • SIM Replacement = $25
