What is the Bundled Loyalty Program?
This program lets you combine your Mobile and Internet services into a single bundle. You will receive a larger device discount that can be used toward eligible Mobile and Internet devices—smartphones, laptops, gaming systems, smart watches, and more.
Can I choose a pre-made bundle or create my own?
Yes! You can select one of our existing Mobile + Internet bundles or customize your own based on the services and speeds that best suit your needs. Either way, you’ll qualify for the combined Loyalty Device Discount.
How does the device discount work with the bundle?
Your Mobile and Internet service plans are combined to calculate a single Loyalty Device Discount. This discount is applied to the retail price of your chosen device(s), and the remaining value becomes your Loyalty Device Balance.
What is the Loyalty Device Balance?
It’s the portion of the device cost covered by your discount. Each month you stay subscribed, we pay down this balance evenly over 36 months.
Can I pay the remaining device cost upfront or in installments?
Yes! If your chosen devices cost more than your Loyalty Discount, you can:
- Pay the remaining balance upfront, or
- Spread it out over monthly installments alongside your service bill.
This gives you flexibility based on your budget and preferences.
Does this program lock me into a long-term contract?
The program is based on a 36-month agreement. You can leave at any time by paying off your remaining Loyalty Device Balance. The longer you stay, the more of the balance we cover—and the more you save.
Example:
- You buy a $1,200 laptop with a $1,000 discount.
- You pay $200 upfront; your Loyalty Device Balance is $1,000.
- If you cancel after 12 months, your balance is $667, meaning you’ve saved $333.
How is the Loyalty Device Balance paid off?
Each month, we reduce your balance by dividing the total discount by the term length.
Example:
- $1,000 balance on a 36-month term = $27.78/month
What if I’m already on a Mobile or Internet contract?
You’ll need to pay off your existing agreement before joining the bundled program. This ensures your new 36-month term starts fresh.
Can I upgrade my devices before the term ends?
Yes! You can pay off your remaining Loyalty Device Balance at any time to upgrade to a new device. This gives you flexibility while still enjoying savings.
Can I choose multiple devices with my discount?
Absolutely. You can apply your combined discount toward one or more eligible devices.
What happens if I want to cancel one of my services?
If you cancel either your Mobile or Internet service, you’ll only need to pay off the Loyalty Device Balance associated with that specific service line.
Example:
If your Mobile service included a $1,400 device discount and you choose to cancel Mobile, you’ll be responsible for paying off the remaining balance of that $1,400 discount. Your Internet service and its associated discount will continue as normal.
