Important Billing Update

Dear Valued Customer,

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for choosing us as your mobile service provider and inform you about some upcoming changes to your mobile plan.

We have always strived to provide our customers with exceptional value and top-quality service. Over the years, we have continuously improved our smartphone plans with large increases to data allotments and device discounts, introducing cost-effective roaming plans, and enhancing network reliability and speeds.

At this time, a price increase is necessary to ensure that we can maintain the high level of service you expect from us and continue investing in the latest technologies and infrastructure to deliver an even better mobile experience.

Effective November 1st, 2024, the price of your current $125 mobile plan will increase to $130 per month.

However, as a valued Loyalty customer, you will receive a monthly credit of $5 on your invoices to accommodate the increase for the remaining months of your Loyalty Device Discount Agreement. 

Your smartphone data included in your plan, will also be increasing to 30GB as of November 1st.
