Change Your SmartHome App/Website Password
You can reset your password by using the login help page on the app or website.
- On the login page, click Login Help
- On the Login Help page, enter your username in Forgot your password to be emailed a password reset.
Note: Your password cannot be the same as the previous password. The new password must be at least 7 characters, including at least one letter and one number. It is recommended to only use passwords that are indicated as Strong by the password strength indicator.
If you’ve forgotten your username, enter your email address under Forgot your username?
3. From the password reset email, either enter your new password and click the CHANGE PASSWORD button or click on the password reset link provided to change your password.
