Change the Address on Your Account
You have enough on your mind so we make it easy to update your address.
- Simply call 700-7000 and choose the option for the type of service you subscribe to. If you have multiple services with us, choose any of the service options you subscribe to. Provide the friendly One representative with your new address complete with unit/apartment number, parish and postal code. As per normal business practice, we will verify that you are authorized on the account and can verify the account information before making any changes.
- Visit the Payment Centre at 30 Victoria St., Hamilton. You may be asked to show valid photo I.D. before we make changes to an account.
Change of Address for FibreWire TV and/or Fibrewire Internet Customers
In addition to the instructions above, we will update the information associated with your home such as dwelling type (cottage, condo), house colour, trim, best contact number, etc. so that we can be sure to have the latest details on file should you wish to install a new service or require a service call in the future.
Is the Place You’re Moving Cable Ready?
If cable is already installed in the house or apartment then it is cable ready. If cable has never been installed then One will need to confirm if cable can be run to the property.
