Mobile Deactivation Requests
Process
- To request deactivation of service, please call 700-7000 and choose the service you are calling about or you can visit the Payment Centre at 30 Victoria St. or our Church St. retail location.
- We will have you speak with a Retentions representative to gather the reasons for your request and explore solutions.
- If you are on a Loyalty agreement, you will be billed for the remaining amount on your Loyalty balance. The Loyalty balance depreciates monthly.
- Please note that only account holders are authorized to request service deactivation.
Billing
You are not required to provide notice. On your next bill, you will see a prorated credit for the unused portion of your monthly plan along with the Loyalty balance, any overage fees, long distance tolls, Carry On roaming fees, etc.
