Set Up and Manage Your Emergency Contact List
Using the SmartHome website:
- Choose Settings from the left side menu
- Choose Monitoring Station

In Emergency Contacts, click + ADD

Enter the first and last name of the emergency contact person

Click the bell symbol and enter the contact phone number

Click Done

Enter the order in which you want the Monitoring Station to contact people. Using the Order dropdown menu, select the desired contact order.
Edit Emergency Contacts
You can edit your emergency contacts, add a new contact and change the order in which you would like the Professional Monitoring Station to notify your emergency contacts.
Using the SmartHome app:
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner and choose Monitoring Settings
- Tap Emergency Contacts
- Delete or edit your existing contact numbers or click +ADD to create a new contact
