Set Up User Codes and Create Permissions

You can set up users with unique user codes and permissions for access days and times.

1. Choose Users from the left side menu
           
2. Choose Add New User
3. Enter user name then click Create
4. Manually enter a unique code or click Generate for a code to auto-generate. Toggle buttons to turn on desired access. Click Save.    5. To set access days and times and to set temporary access, click the Time icon. The system defaults to All Times.  To set restrictions: Choose Restricted Schedule to give access based on ongoing user habits.

   

      

    

   6. To set up temporary access, Choose Temporary Access.  Enter start and end dates and access times. Click Save
