How to Add Admin Users to the eero App
We recommend setting up additional admins/users in the eero app so that other users in the household have access to view the password, set up parental controls, etc.
To add additional admin users complete the following steps.
- Open Settings, and tap Network users
- Tap Invite an admin
- Tap Invite admin
- Ask the new admin user to scan the QR code (this is a one-time code that will expire in 48 hours) OR tap the Share invite link button and choose to share via email, text, or message the invite link to someone. *If you share the invite via email, text, or messaging you will have to set a nickname for the new user.
To see who you’ve granted admin access to go to your Settings and tap Network users.
