Q. Can I keep my existing home phone number?

A. Yes. We have a convenient online form that may be used to request your number be transferred onto our network. Once your details have been received, our team will contact you to finalise the subscription process. 

 

Q. Do I need to pay extra for OneHome Phone features?

A. Our Unlimited Local Calling package for $19.95/month includes the use of Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Three-Way Calling, and Call Blocking.

 

Q. I am not getting a dial tone on my OneHome Phone service and no one can call me.

We recommend performing the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check if your FibreWire Internet connection is working properly.
  2. If your Internet service is not working properly, please unplug your modem from the power outlet and plug it back in after approximately one minute.
  3. Ensure all cables are securely plugged in and verify that you have dial tone once you have restored Internet connectivity.

Q. Will OneHome Phone work with my existing phone jacks.

A. OneHome Phone does not require the use of phone jacks. Instead, your phone's base unit needs only to be plugged directly into your modem.

 

Q. How do I connect multiple telephone handsets to the OneHome Phone service?

A. Simply use a cordless phone that uses a single base unit, plugging into your modem, along with multiple wirelessly connected handsets.

 

Q. Can I fax with your OneHome Phone service?

A. No, faxing is not compatible with OneHome Phone service. Alternatives to traditional fax services which may be explored include email to fax or fax-to-email compatibility. These other services would not require a dedicated fax machine and associated phone line.
