Can I pay or top up someone else’s account?
Absolutely. Third parties are authorized to make a payment or top up on another customer’s account.
Postpaid/Monthly Billed Accounts
When making a payment on a postpaid/monthly billed account, you must know the amount of the payment you are going to make. For account security reasons, One will not disclose account balances or provide information on what is deemed as a necessary payment amount.

Prepaid Top Ups
Anyone can top up any One Prepaid account via our online Top Up tool. No password required. Simply enter the 10 digit mobile number, the top up amount and your card details.
